NEUROPATHY OF THE FEET OR PLANTAR FASCIITIS PAD PLACEMENT
Best pad placement for Podiatric Peripheral Neuropathy
For this week, I want to continue to share with you how you can use your system to help heal and target ailments with pad placement knowledge.
I know many of you are done with feeling exhausted. Are you tired of pills and injections that don't work? Light therapy offers a better solution that has been proven to regenerate nerves, breakdown scar tissue and help to create circulation. This circulation allows natural flow and movement within your body.
Movement within your body is so important. Like water, your body is able to get what it needs and remove waste through circulation (blood flow). So when that movement is painful, you can’t help but ask, what do I do when just moving hurts?
This is where light therapy can be incredibly helpful. It helps to eliminate pain by flushing out the inflammation that is slowing down your natural circulation. The frequencies in the light system speak all the way into YOUR mitochondria (within the cell itself) and allow repair and reduction of that inflammation to occur.
What does this look like with Neuropathy?
Well first, Neuropathy is a condition that affects your peripheral nerves. “Peripheral Neuropathy happens when the nerves that are located outside of the brain and spinal cord (peripheral nerves) are damaged. This condition often causes weakness, numbness and pain, usually in the hands and feet.“ (Link 1)
And the peripheral nerves are the “farthest from the central nervous system, thus they often show the earliest and most severe effects of [external] conditions.” (Link 2)
Part of why this is so important is that our nerves communicate to our whole system when there is a problem that needs to be addressed. This keeps us aligned and healthy, so it’s essential that everything is in working order. When there is damage in these nerves, it becomes harder for our body to care for itself, and for us to enjoy the world.
Now if you want to learn more about Neuropathy, I have two other great articles that you can read that will share even more with you!
Okay, what is the best package for Neuropathy of the feet and plantar fasciitis (which can also be targeted with these placements)?
This would be the 6-port / 4-pad Podiatric Plus Package.
This package comes with 2 Boots, 1 Rectangle and 1 Square pad.
Square Pad: Place over belly button. This placement helps to address inflammation. After all, the digestive system feeds into all the systems in our body and brain. We want healthy blood flow coming from the stomach so you can get the nutrients that you need!
Rectangle Pad: Place on the low back or tailbone. This pad placement opens up lines of communication to the lower part of the body. Plus it gives our kidneys some love.
Boots Pad: These pads obviously go on the feet and allow for improved circulation. The boots let you target any damage in the cells in your feet. I have two ways how these can be applied on your feet. (Visually shown below.)
This is a slow process, but your body is receiving healing frequencies during every single light session.
What can you expect in terms of healing time?
The expected course of treatment is this…30 days of light therapy per year of damage to repair or heal Neuropathy is realistic. For example, if you’ve been dealing with Neuropathy for 10 years, then that would be 10 months of light therapy. (I recommend 3 times a week.)
My current light system owners who purchased the system specifically for Neuropathy felt some relief after 2 weeks of light therapy. If you feel like this is a lost cause after having pain for 10 years, don’t despair. You’re probably thinking, “That'll take 10 months to feel relief!” So not true. It’ll be much quicker. You want to know why?
The reason is because we are addressing your inflammation, opening up channels of communication and healing other parts of your circulatory system by placing pads in other areas of your beautiful body.
The other fact is Neuropathy can start 20 years before you feel symptoms. Crazy, right?
The first sign is dry feet. I’m talking about the kind of dry feet where your skin cracks. You put on ointments, lotions and no matter what you do, your feet are still cracking. That is a sign of lack of circulation. The nerves are slowly deteriorating. That’s when you need to get the lights on!
The 6-port / 4-pad Podiatric Plus package is priced at $3,495. That works out to $9.58 a day for relief from pain, going after inflammation and helping to regenerate nerves.
I hope this brings good news to those that suffer from this awful condition. I am here to help and educate. I also can speak from experience having dealt with plantar fasciitis personally.
Please feel free to give me a call anytime, I’m here for you! In the meantime, I hope you’re having an amazing time with your families!
