We spend this time talking 1-on-1 to discuss the issues that you are dealing with and create a plan for your session.

Healing Time with the Lights

We'll place the pads specifically to optimize for your health needs and let you relax with calming music while the frequencies do their work.

Reconnect and Cool Down

Once your session is done, I will walk you through what to expect, check in with you, and give you time to ask questions about your experience.
